Some facts about 500: 500 is the natural number following 499 and preceding 501. Earlier this month in Sydney Australia and on Takepuna Beach, Auckland, NZ, celebrations took place to mark 500 days to the ICC Cricket World Cup in 2015
This year is the 500th anniversary of: The Battle of Flodden; The discovery, and naming of Florida by the Spanish; And not least The Kennet Morris Men of Reading.
I think I can safely say that I have read them all! And, I sometimes flip back and read odd ones again ... believe me, they're there!!
Hope you are having a good week in Vancouver. Can you actually believe where you are ... or where you've been ... or where you're going?
I was thinking about it today, and thinking it must be hard not being able to bring back things you'd like to - because they won't fit in your suitcase.
Never mind, I'm hoping there'll be a few (!) photos to look through in November!
